Any complaint about the conduct of the Police and Crime Commissioner is the responsibility of the Hertfordshire Police and Crime Panel.

Who handles complaints about the conduct of a member of staff from the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner

Any complaint about the conduct of office staff is the responsibility of the Police and Crime Commissioner's Chief Executive as Head of Paid Service.

If your complaint is about the Chief Executive, you may write in confidence directly to the Police and Crime Commissioner at the address above. The PCC will manage the complaint handling although he may request assistance from a member of staff not previously involved in the matter, or someone from outside the office.
